This week on the podcast, Pete flies solo for an AMA (Ask Me Anything) chatting about the future of the Primordial General Mayhem, getting the balance of music right for the station and a look at the 2000 Trees Festival coming up.

Following on from the amazing news that Kit Edward Eric Collington was born at 01:43am on Monday 20th June 2022 weighing in at 9lb 1oz, the superstar himself joins the podcast this week as we catch with Dews and hear how Bec is doing after giving birth.
We also speak to Road To Ruin organiser Sneaky Pete, who tells us all about the festival and how it came together.
There's also a chat about how the events schedule is shaping up for Primordial Radio for 2022 and 2023.

As the dust settles from the triumphant return to Download festival, Moose & Dews catch up to discuss an amazing weekend, and theorise about what (and who!) could be in store for Download's 20th anniversary in 2023. Moose also refuses to believe how long it is since the biggest metal band in the world was at Donington.
They guys are also joined by PRFam member Ben Zagorski to discuss and upcoming charity event that he's involved with.

The FOMO is real this week, as Moose discusses his Download plans with Dewsbury (who has no Download plans whatsoever!) including the artist he's most looking forward to seeing (SPOILER: It is not an artist. It's a food truck ffs)
Before the guys get to Download, they're joined by the special guest presenter who's going to be covering while Dewsbury is on paternity leave shortly! There's also some more details about the upcoming Primordial/ParabellumLDN jewellery collab.

While Dewsbury battles technical gremlins, this week Moose has a guest, in the form of Dan Avery from ParabellumLDN (@parabellumldn on IG.) Dan is soon going to be making the very special Primordial signet rings and pendants, which will be available in June and will be *very* limited edition!
Moose and Dews also discuss the plans for the upcoming Download festival, which will once again see Moose attempting to do radio shows from a field with questionable internet.

Some combination of Moose, Pete & Dewsbury meet every week to record the podcast live @11:00. The
SEVENTY MILES? That's an INSANE distance to walk in one go! What makes it even more remarkable is that PRFam member Dave Fairbrother did it whilst wearing full ice hockey gear (minus the skates, obvs!) to raise money for his local MIND charity. Moose and Dews pay tribute to Dave's fantastic achievement, but if you want to give towards the cause then the Just Giving link is still open (at time of publishing) https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/dave-fairbrother1
There's also a ton of other stuff for the guys to chat about, from the Primordial Inkubus to the upcoming jewellery drop that has both of them *very* excited.

Moose & Dews meet up once again to talk all things Primordial, but not before they go full "grumpy old men" and discuss public transport, call centre waiting times, and the state of Dewsbury's back (SPOILER: not good.)
There is some good news though, with the latest Primordial membership numbers, and then someone puts 50p in the Moose-Rant-O-Meter.

Moose & Dews catch up once again in what is Mental Health Awareness Week. They are joined by PRFam member Stewart Lucas of mental health charity MIND to discuss the week itself, as well as discussing their own mental health, and the toll that the last few years - and indeed Primordial itself - has taken. Boats feature prominently, for some reason.
The guys also discuss merch and reveal details of the return of a much-loved event later this year.

Moose & Dews catch up once again this week in a reflective mood, as they end up discussing the nature of time, and the importance of making the most of our brief existence. Cheery stuff. This does lead on to Dews' review of the first Tool show on their current UK run, and not-using phones at gigs.
The guys also look to the future of Primordial, a future that has recently become brighter with a new air of positivity and direction.

Returning for 2022, rock fan, Sky Sports F1 commentator, and Primordial Radio member David Croft joins Dewsbury on-air with playlists of the tracks he's listening to while he jets off around the world as part of the F1 circus. This podcast is a complete recording of Crofty and Dews' conversation during the show, with all the off-air bits, production notes and asides.
This week Crofty joins Dewsbury from the comfort of his own home following last weekends Emilia Romagna (Imola) GP, during which Dews may or may not have fallen asleep. Oops. The guys chat music and F1, and Crofty pays his personal tribute to the late Taylor Hawkins.

Now the dust has settled from the Primordial General Mayhem, Moose and Dews have their weekly catch-up to talk about the weekend that was, the difficulties that were faced, and how Primordial Radio seems to have *just* got away with it on this occasion. They also draw the winning numbers for the prize draw that they neglected to sort on Saturday night. Oops.
There's also a discussion about the latest business development in the form of a co-promotion with the upcoming Alice Cooper/The Cult tour.

They are also joined by the lovely Tash Davies from the Primordial Equality Advisory group to discuss their plans and their pledge to help make Primordial events as safe and inclusive as possible.

Dewsbury is still down with the sickness, but Moose has his back and provides enough weirdness for the pair of them this week, as they guys share travel stories, including death-defying tuk-tuk rides, and mushroom-induced glowing seas.
They do eventually get to the point, and discuss their collective excitement for the upcoming PGM, as well as discuss some future merch possibilities, and pay tribute to the late Sylvia Lancaster.

After over 2 years, Dewsbury was starting to think he was some kind of covid-immune superhuman. That is not the case. Handily, Moose has got his back on the podcast this week as the guys go in-depth on the future of the Primordial General Mayhem, and look at some of the issues facing the live music industry.

You ever say to yourself "I just need to get through this busy, stressed period, then I can relax a bit" only to find that the busy, stressed bit never really ends? Yeah, that's kinda where we find Moose & Dews this week. They also go on to discuss commuter towns, rising house prices, and the difficulty of sending your children up a chimney when they're nearly 20 years old.
They also reveal the AMAAAAZING new merch designs for the upcoming Primordial General Mayhem. This is a visual thing, so to get the full effect, visit https://www.twitch.tv/primordialradio and skip to the 26 min mark.

Moose is away, so Pete and a Dews meet up once again for the latest podcast this week. There's a shock revelation as we discover Pete made it all the way through lockdown without watching The Tiger King which leads to outing himself as a Netflix Hipster. If it's cool and zeitgeist-y, you can bet he hasn't seen it.
They also discuss the curious phenomenon seen recently, where Primordial listener numbers actually increase if Dewsbury shuts up and plays music. True story.

We've always said that all the skills & knowledge we could ever need are contained within the rock & metal community, and this week Moose and Dews prove that yet again. They are joined by Rob Parry of the PRFam (@robpdesign on IG) who has recently designed the artwork for the brand new Frank Turner album, that is on course for a great result in the album charts.
They also discuss hot-wing challenges, the Primordial General Mayhem, and the difficulty of requesting reinforcements in the American Revolutionary War.
